Privacy Policy
Check Its Clean is a service-operations app for cleaning companies, their staff, and their customers. Accounts are created by invitation from a cleaning company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name, and password (stored hashed).
- Work records: properties, schedules, checklists, notes, completion reports, invoices, and the photos you attach as cleaning evidence.
- Camera and photo access, only when you choose to capture or attach a photo.
- App diagnostics: error and reliability events tied to your account so we can fix problems.
We do not sell personal data, show ads, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use it
- To sign you in and show the workspaces your company or customer account grants you.
- To record and report completed work to the cleaning company and its customers.
- To keep the service secure, reliable, and supported.
Who can see it
Your company's authorized members and the customers they serve can see the work records shared with them. Check Its Clean staff access data only to operate and support the service. Data is hosted by our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, authentication, and file storage; Vercel for web hosting) under their security and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the mobile app. Deletion removes your sign-in, email address, and name. Work records you created belong to the cleaning company that ordered the work and stay in its records without your personal details. See Account deletion for details.
